I have tried Exercise Facilities, personal coaches, and nothing was like this. Anyone out there that has to keep going and going, his is fabulous. Each session I have improved. I have been going for two and a half months and have muscles on my muscles. I play golf and hit the ball further, can walk up stairs without holding on and bend over like i was 30. Everything I have read says you are supposed to do strength training slowly. The personal trainers, machines, and my attitude has been great. I am over 80, if I can do it so can you. Thanks for being there.
