I could not recommend Shelby more for my needs. I did one season before coming to him for my offseason. He is quite expensive, but he worked with me on pricing and gave me a very fair discount to do plans up front to make it affordable. He has never responded to a check in outside of a 30 minute window, he is very reachable. I got macro/meal plan adjustments weekly if needed and a new training plan monthly. One thing I will note: Shelby is not the coach that will micromanage or be up your butt. If you send him training footage, he will critique, but as I have been in the gym a long time, I never needed to do that. He relies on his clients to do what they're told. He never pushed PEDs on myself or my friend who was also a client. Overall, he is easily the best coach I've worked with.
