Our 1:1 program is a completely individualized and customized to meet your lifestyle and needs, as well as your experience with training and nutrition. The foundation of our program is education, which is why clients will receive education weekly course material covering the the topics of training, nutrition, and mindset.
WHAT YOU GET WITH MAXIMIZE YOU:
- Custom workouts designed for your goals that meets your experience level. (On an app for easy use that includes form videos and the ability to track progress in the gym!)
- Customized nutritional plan to align with your goals and is realistic for your lifestyle
- Weekly Check-ins to provide accountability, evaluate progress, and make nutritional adjustments as necessary to continue working towards your goal
- Weekly mindset homework and mindset videos
- 12 + hours of educational material to help you learn the why…we want to be the last coaches you’ll ever need!
- A group chat with all women in the program for extra support
- Optional drop-in zoom sessions with Coach Allison every other week
- 1:1 communication with your coach 24/7 to be able to ask questions, send form videos for critique, and have the support system and accountability partner to maximize your success and support you along this journey!
