Men’s Divisions
1. Bodybuilding

- Physique Requirements:

- Extreme leanness and vascularity are often required.
- Posing:
- Competitors perform mandatory poses such as front double biceps, side chest, back double biceps, etc.

- Open: No weight limits.
- Weight Classes: Bantamweight, Lightweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, Heavyweight, Super Heavyweight.

- Competitors must achieve maximum muscle mass and conditioning while staying within the weight limit.
- Judges look for aesthetics, proportion, and overall presentation.
Posing:
- Competitors perform mandatory poses, similar to the Open division, including front double biceps, side chest, back double biceps, etc.
- Posing routines are choreographed to music, showcasing the athlete’s physique in the best possible light.
Subcategories:
- Weight Limit: 212 pounds.
- No further weight classes within this division, but athletes must meet the weight requirement to compete.
